- Candidates from Dhaka Polytechnic Institute or other government polytechnic institutions will be given preference
- Additional certification in hybrid / EV technology is a plus
Experience
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Workshop
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 10 years of experience in automobile engineering
- Must have strong expertise in hybrid & electric car systems
- Previous experience in a senior technical role preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the technical team
- Diagnose and resolve complex hybrid & electric car issues
- Develop and implement service quality standards
- Conduct advanced diagnostics using modern tools
- Handle hybrid battery, inverter & electric drivetrain issues
- Prepare technical reports and service documentation
- Train and develop junior technicians
- Liaise with parts suppliers and vendors
