Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering from any recognized institute.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hatchery, Poultry
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Only Male
- Experience in operation and maintenance of hatchery equipment will be given preference.
- Sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Willingness to work at farm or hatchery locations.
- Must stay inside the farm/hatchery premises as required for strict biosecurity compliance.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Sub Assistant Engineer to join our Poultry Farm & Hatchery operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems used in poultry farms and hatcheries.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment in farm and hatchery.
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, generators, pumps, control panels, incubators, hatchers, and other related equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Monitor utility systems including power supply, generator, and water supply systems.
- Coordinate with farm and hatchery teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Strictly maintain and follow biosecurity protocols to prevent contamination and disease risk.
