Experience
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hatchery
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in poultry hatchery.
- Strong understanding of incubation, chick quality, hatchery biosecurity protocols.
- Effective leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure optimal incubation procedures are consistently followed to achieve maximum hatchability and chick quality.
- Maintain biosecurity protocols, and oversee thorough cleaning and disinfection of all hatchery areas to prevent disease outbreaks.
- Supervise the proper storage and handling of eggs in a clean, bio-secure environment from collection through setting and transfer.
- Ensure chicks are hatched under ideal conditions and processed with minimal stress, maintaining the highest standards of quality and welfare.
- Train hatchery staff regularly to improve performance, adherence to protocols, and understanding of hatchery operations.
- Lead and manage the hatchery team efficiently, oversee day-to-day operations, maintain records, and coordinate with relevant departments.
