Job Context:
We are looking for an experienced person to lead a team of SR. Executive (IE Department).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Set production targets and monitor achievement.
- Conduct capacity planning and manpower allocation.
- Perform SMV analysis, method study, and line balancing.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and labor utilization.
- Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and technical teams to achieve business objectives.
- Support new style implementation and production layout planning.
- Ensure achievement of factory KPIs and operational excellence targets.
- Lead and develop IE team members through coaching and guidance.
