  • Sound in English Communication.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify staffing needs and work with department managers to develop recruitment plans.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Source candidates through databases, professional networks, referrals, and career fairs.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Administer recruitment tests and assessments when required.
  • Verify candidate credentials, references, and employment history.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with salary negotiations.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
