Responsibilities & Context
- Identify staffing needs and work with department managers to develop recruitment plans.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through databases, professional networks, referrals, and career fairs.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Administer recruitment tests and assessments when required.
- Verify candidate credentials, references, and employment history.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with salary negotiations.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
