- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
- A Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery or a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing from an institution recognized by the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).
Experience
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 24 years
- Only Female
- Strong communication (in both Bangla and English)
- Interpersonal skills, a patient-centered care approach, critical thinking, and the ability to adapt to new technologies are highly valued.
- Most positions require a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting (hospital, Aesthetic clinic).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care with empathy and dignity. This includes monitoring and recording vital signs, assessing patient health needs, and reporting any changes to the medical team.
- Assist physicians during examinations, diagnostic procedures, surgeries (preparing the operating theater and equipment), and other medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
- Uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with infection control protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and confidential environment for patients and staff.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, post-discharge care, medication compliance, and preventive health measures.
- Be available for emergency duties, handle emergencies, and provide first-aid support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (doctors, social workers, physical therapists) to ensure comprehensive patient care and mentor or supervise junior nursing staff/assistants as needed.
