Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science

Experience

    • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 28 years

Mandatory: Direct experience implementing ERP modules (such as Production, Supply Chain, or Inventory) within a Manufacturing Company.

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  • Profound knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
  • Strong expertise in Business Process Documentation and flow-charting tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart).
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Team coordination.
  • Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

The incumbent to be responsible for:

  • Process Mapping: Analyze and document current “As-Is” business processes and design “To-Be” processes within the ERP framework.
  • Implementation Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive business process documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between department heads (Production, Inventory, Finance, Sales) and the ERP vendor.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and power users to ensure high system adoption rates.
  • Data Integrity: Oversee data cleansing and migration from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
  • Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
