Additional Requirements

  • Age 32 to 50 years
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong client relationship management, sales negotiation, problem-solving, data analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing function for Fiber Optic Cable across Bangladesh and international markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in telecom operators, internet service providers (ISPs), NTTN Operators, Cable TV Operators, Infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, Developer Companies, government tenders, and international buyers and traders, dealers.
  • Drive brand positioning and ensure effective market penetration of fiber optic cables across Bangladesh.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable sales plans for the team.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with B2B partners, contractors, distributors, and government procurement bodies.
  • Drive participation in local and international tenders for fiber optic cable supply.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer education sessions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to recommend counter strategies.
  • Support the team in preparing sales budgets, targets, and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, orders, and customer agreements.
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain customer relationships and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
