- Bachelor’s in Business, Public Health, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or relevant discipline.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Healthcare Startup
Additional Requirements
- Skills Required: Regional operations; field supervision; supply coordination; performance tracking; escalation management.
- Work Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in field operations, regional management, healthcare operations, or rural service delivery.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee daily operations across assigned regions.
- Collect daily updates from field teams.
- Monitor Field operations performance and discipline.
- Track regional targets, gaps and corrective actions.
- Ensure medicine supply for designated locations.
- Coordinate field visits, activation and service continuity.
- Escalate operational risks requiring head office decisions.
- Verify regional reports before director submission.
- Guide (Divisional Assistant Manager) ADMs on priorities and execution standards.
- Ensure regional service/revenue growth.
