The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling local and international clients, generating sales opportunities, promoting software solutions, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Candidates with strong English communication skills and experience in selling Website Design & Development, ERP, POS, and Software Solutions will receive priority.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
  • Communicate with local and international clients via Phone, Email, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, and other online platforms
  • Promote and sell Website Design & Development Services
  • Generate new business opportunities from local and international markets
  • Sell ERP, POS, CRM, HRM, Inventory Management, eCommerce, and Custom Software Solutions
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the development team
  • Prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain customer databases and communication records
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
