  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed Public University or recognized Private University.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a highly motivated, smart, and target-driven Head of Sales to lead our business development and external sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of monthly sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in external sales, client acquisition, and team management within the interior design, construction, real estate, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Focus on external sales activities, including client visits, networking, presentations, and business meetings.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities from corporate clients, real estate developers, architects, contractors, and commercial organizations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads into projects.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions effectively.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
