Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized public or private university.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

- Age 24 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context
- Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and channel partners within the assigned territory
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure continuous product movement
- Conduct regular market visits to retailers, showrooms, and distributors
- Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and brand positioning in the market
- Collect and relay market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, promotions, and new launches
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual retail sales targets
- Collect orders from dealers and retailers as per the schedule
- Follow up with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve delivery issues, stock shortages, and service concerns promptly
- Ensure proper display of ROSA products in dealer showrooms
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market visit updates
- Address dealer and retailer queries related to products, pricing, and after-sales issues
