Required Skills & Qualifications
- No specific degree required – skills and results matter more than credentials (B2B SaaS Marketing and Sales experience will be hugely beneficial).
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing with proven lead generation capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with B2B email marketing and social media management with global footprint; primarily North America and Europe.
- Strong English communication skills, comfortable with client pitches and conversations. English is the only language of communication at work. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities/targets independently.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience selling SaaS, software, or technology products/services (specially ITSM software and applications).
- Ability to perform SEO keyword research and execute link building strategies
- Have a clear understanding of HTML and YAML.
- Proficiency in Spanish.

TaskCall is a real-time incident response and management system for IT and DevOps. It automates the response process of incidents and minimizes the time to resolution. The application is offered in two languages – English and Spanish. Our clients span across 68 countries. Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, self-driven Digital Marketing candidate to own end-to-end digital marketing and direct client acquisition for TaskCall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through email, social media, paid ads, and outreach, and then driving those leads through to closed deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Have a comprehensive understanding of TaskCall and all of its services and functionality.
- Sales & Lead Generation – Generate leads via email, paid ads, LinkedIn, and social selling; conduct outreach and follow-ups to convert prospects.
- Social Media Management – Plan, create, and post daily content across all platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.); engage with audience and monitor trends. Improve social media and AI footprint.
- Sales Calls & CRM – Schedule/run sales calls with prospects (coordinating with engineering for demos), and maintain a CRM pipeline, reporting progress to the CEO.
- Continually perform keyword research to identify untapped client targeting opportunities.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
- Content & Campaign Support – Collaborate with the engineering team on product updates and translate them into marketing/sales materials.
- Analytics & Reporting – Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving overall marketing strategy.
Things to Consider
TaskCall was founded in 2020 in Spain. The first version of the application was launched in 2021. In 2023 a second entity was registered in the US. The work culture is pre-dominantly American. The firm’s language of communication is English.
You will be working together with other team members in Bangladesh in a co-working space located in Banani, Dhaka, but will be reporting directly to the CEO, who is based in Spain.
Although your work week will adhere to the standards of Bangladesh (Sunday – Thursday) and you will be eligible for all public holidays in the country, you may need to be available in some capacity for urgent matters at times outside of the regular schedule since we cater to a global clientele. The same level of cooperation will be expected during vacations.
You will be hired as a consultant due to your location in a non-jurisdiction territory, but this will in no way impact your employment tenure with us.
