E-commerce Customer Service Executive

Fabulous Mega Mall is looking for an active, responsible, creative, and customer-focused Moderator (Customer Support, Sales & Content Creator) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, confirming orders, responding to online inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, supporting online sales activities, and creating engaging product photo, video, and AI-generated marketing content for social media and promotional campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook Inbox, WhatsApp, SMS, and phone calls.
• Confirm customer orders and update order information.
• Provide quick and professional responses to customer messages.
• Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Follow up on pending orders and customer services.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth order processing.
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
• Support online sales activities and help achieve sales targets.
• Capture high-quality product photos and videos.
• Edit product images and videos professionally.
• Create promotional videos, reels, and social media content.
• Must be skilled in AI-based image and video creation tools.
• Create and edit AI-generated marketing and promotional videos.
• Design creative banners, posts, and other marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software.
