- Experience with operating a Point of Sales (POS) system is mandatory.
- Must have knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance with a friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
Responsibilities & Context
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Operate the Point of Sales (POS) system efficiently to process orders and payments.
- Assist in maintaining and managing the inventory system.
- Communicate with customers in both English and Bangla fluently, ensuring clear and helpful interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to the overall atmosphere of the cafe and bakery.
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and improve overall store performance.
