- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements
- Age 21 to 45 years
- Preferred Experience: Candidates having experience in Veterinary Medicine Sales & Marketing, including promotion and sales of veterinary products, dealer management, farmer relations, and field-level technical support, will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context
- Each officer must take responsibility for at least Two (02) upazilas in Rangpur Division.
- Veterinary Medicine Sales & Marketing .
- Animal Health Product Promotion Poultry & Dairy Farm.
- Technical Support Veterinary Prescription Handling Farmer & Dealer Relationship Management Livestock Health Consultation Vaccine and Feed Supplement Marketing .
- Implement company operations at the field level in assigned Upazilla
- Identify and recruit new clients and distributors
- Manage sales and promotional activities for products and services
- Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports
- Conduct market analysis and gather competitor information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and stakeholders
- Monitor product performance and collect customer feedback
- Organize local promotional campaigns, demo shows, and dealer meetings
- Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on payments with clients
- Coordinate with the head office and regional teams for strategic planning
- Visit rural and urban markets regularly to assess market demand and coverage
- Ensure brand visibility and POS material placement in the field
- Solve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist in training local representatives or sales agents if needed
