Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee daily housekeeping activities across all guest areas, including bays, lobby, restrooms, and lounge, ensuring consistent cleanliness standards.
- Ensure all public and operational areas are clean, well-maintained, sanitized, and visually presentable at all times.
- Lead and manage housekeeping staff, assign duties, monitor attendance, and ensure adherence to grooming and performance standards.
- Conduct regular area inspections to ensure quality standards are met and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Monitor cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment; maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Address housekeeping-related guest requests and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies, ensuring proper handling of cleaning chemicals and reporting hazards or incidents immediately.
- Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with Operations, Front Office, and Facilities teams for seamless service delivery.
