  • HSK certification preferred

Experience

    • At least 2 years

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business and factory visits when required.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Interpret, Written and translate communications between Chinese and Bangladeshi management, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Follow up all administrative activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Arrange and coordinate management meetings, discussions, business visits, and official events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow-up action reports.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among management and various departments.
  • Accompany management during visits to factories, suppliers, customers, government offices, and other business concerns.
  • Translate production, operational, technical, administrative, and business-related documents and communications.
  • Assist management in monitoring and following up on operational, production, and administrative activities.
  • Support management in decision-making by ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, correspondence, presentations, and other management documents.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and administrative documents.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing inspections, audits, management reviews, and official visits.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper execution of management directives and action plans.
  • Support visiting Chinese delegates, business partners, and management guests.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and all concerned parties.
  • Support and coordinate production, administrative, and office-related activities, ensuring timely follow-up, smooth operations, and effective implementation of management instructions.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
