Officer (Chinese Language Expert)

Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Officer – Chinese Language Expert to ensure smooth communication and collaboration between Chinese-speaking professionals and local teams. The role plays a vital part in supporting production operations, training activities, and cross-functional coordination by providing interpretation, translation, and communication support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Chinese trainers or senior colleagues in day-to-day communication on the production floor or within functional departments.
• Provide verbal and written interpretation/translation as required.
• Interpret during meetings and prepare accurate minutes in English.
• Translate documents from Chinese to Bengali or English and vice versa.
• Support production teams and contribute toward future leadership roles in operational processes.
