Requirements

Education

  • The candidate must have Graduate with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience

    • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Livestock, Dairy

  • Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill
  • Must have using capabilities of MS Office

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare region wise sales target plan and set a strategy to increase market share
  • Organise mobile veterinary clinic, Health camp and progeny show to engage farmers, exploring health service and AI service
  • Monitor and supervise the staff and AI Service Provider; Planning of staff capacity development and farmer’s retention plan and implement in the rural areas
  • Ensure market survey, market analysis and apply innovative marketing and sale technique; reduce conflict in the region
  • Manage inventory as a whole in the field of regional level
  • Ensure AI materials and liquid nitrogen distribution to the field
  • Ensure AI service providers motivation, inspiration, skill development and quality of AI service in the field
  • Maintain the establishment of business relations among stakeholders, different related organisations like Government and Non-Government organizations
  • Maintain liaison with BRAC programs and other organization and follow the Government policies
  • Analyse the all types of regional report and prepare to convey this to the senior management
  • Arrange regular meeting with staffs, AI Service Provider
  • Collect competitor’s business information and analysis the strength and weakness point.
  • To be responsible for developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
  • Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
