Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
- Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
Experience
- 4 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements
- 4-5 years of working experience in Potato and other crops production.
- Willing to stay in Dinajpur or other areas of North Bengal as per requirement.
- Should be willing to go the extra mile to achieve the goal of full proof quality process and very passionate to work with farmers.
- He should have actual experience of managing potato production and should have worked on proven techniques of quality improvements.
- He should have managerial skills to coordinate with management, field level team and local suppliers.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a person who is willing to take challenges to design, implement and monitor production process across different level of potato production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for designing process of each level of production.
- He will also be responsible for on-ground execution activities of cultivation and productivity enhancement.
