  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • Age At most 30 years
  • Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant to top management.
  • Administrative Officer or Office Management roles;
  • Experience in corporate travel management, including Air ticket booking and visa processing coordination,
  • Liaison with travel agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management ability.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong drafting, reporting, and business writing skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong coordination with agencies, vendors, and stakeholders

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage the Chairman’s/Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings efficiently.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Draft, edit, and manage official correspondence, letters, emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Provide comprehensive executive secretarial and administrative support.
  • Handle internal and external communications on behalf of management while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, documents, and sensitive information with proper security and control.
  • Maintain systematic filing, documentation, record management, and document archiving systems.
  • Assist HR and administrative activities as required by management.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, corporate events, business programs, and management visits.
  • Arrange local and international business tours, including travel itineraries and logistical support.
  • Handle air ticket bookings, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and travel scheduling.
  • Coordinate visa processing and related documentation with travel agencies, embassies, and relevant authorities.
  • Prepare complete travel plans, briefing materials, and required management documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and prepare expense reports for management review.
  • Coordinate protocol arrangements for VIP guests, foreign delegates, government officials, and corporate visitors.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Chairman, Managing Director, or Management from time to time.
