Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Graduation or Post-Graduation from a reputed institution in any discipline.
- Candidates with educational background in Commerce, Accounting, Management, Finance, or Business Studies will get preference.
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 30 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Data Entry, Inventory Management, Store Management, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing industries will be considered an added advantage.
- Candidates experienced in using Tally Software, ERP software will receive preference. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Email Communication.
- Good typing speed in English and Bangla with accuracy.Strong knowledge of data entry, inventory, stock management, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of accounting and commercial documentation.Ability to work under pressure and handle large volumes of data.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in Day & Night shifts.
Responsibilities & Context
Royal Weaving & Coating Industry Ltd. is looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, and hardworking individuals for the position of Data Entry Operator. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining accurate business records, inventory data, stock reports, and software-based data management activities. Candidates must have strong computer proficiency, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company software and databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and inventory reports.
- Maintain records of raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse transactions.
- Work with Tally Software and other ERP/accounting systems for data management.
- Ensure accuracy and verification of data before submission.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Store, Production, and Sales departments for smooth delivery.
- Prepare Excel reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required by management.
- Monitor inventory movement and update stock status regularly.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records.
- Handle email communication and prepare official reports when necessary.
- Support administrative and operational activities as assigned by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company information and records.
