Additional Requirements

Must be experienced in lift sales and have interest in electrical and electronics products
Must be sound in using computer devices and MS Office Suite
Must have general idea regarding sales process and credit regulation
Must maintain customer relations and have sound communication skills both in speaking and writing

Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and professional development of Lift Sales-Corporate Sales department
To prepare sales budget; monitor and approve expenses for Lift sales
To review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
To identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts
To resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations
To maintain inter-department relationships for smooth sales operations
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets for lift products/services
To develop, maintain and execute territory wise sales plan, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with company objectives
Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.10. To perform other duties as assigned by the superiors
