- Provide legal advice and guidance
- Draft/review agreements and official documents
- Handle labor and compliance issues
- Support management in legal matters and disputes
Responsibilities & Context
- Must be highly experienced in legal practice
- Strong knowledge of company law, labor law, and agreements
- Able to handle legal issues, notices, and documentation
- Experience in corporate legal support will be preferred
- Must be available for regular evening consultation
