Requirements
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Law (LLM)
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Law or relevant discipline
- Partly/fully qualified Chartered Secretary (ACS/FCS) from ICSB will be given preference
Experience

- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 45 years
- Experience in a listed company or one regulated by IDRA, BSEC, or RJSC will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent command over English and Bangla (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in convening and coordinating Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Draft notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes of meetings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and filing requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate filings with regulatory authorities including IDRA, BSEC, RJSC, and others.
- Support in the preparation of various reports, disclosures, and correspondences related to governance and compliance.
- Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies on secretarial and legal matters.
- Contribute to the implementation of corporate governance best practices and internal control frameworks.
