Key Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Greet guests, help them to their seats, present menus, and answer questions about menu items.
• Order Taking: Take accurate orders for food and drinks, communicate them to the kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Service: Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, check on their satisfaction, and address any concerns or complaints.
• Payment Processing: Handle customer payments and tips accurately.
• Table & Area Maintenance: Set and reset tables, and assist with keeping the dining area and general restaurant clean.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service and a positive overall dining experience.
