Responsibilities & Context
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks according to restaurant service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Handle bills, payments, and cash transactions accurately when required
- Train and support junior waiters and service staff as needed
- Monitor table turnover and assist in managing busy service periods
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality, appearance, and professionalism at all times
