Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales Report for various personnel
- Daily Compass Cases Sales Report various personnel.
- Daily ADS report update.
- Daily Primary & Secondary report to line manager.
- Weekly Sales conformation top level management.
- Keep Primary & Secondary sales historical data & make data accuracy.
- Incorporate Trade Promotion on ERP weekly basis.
- Incorporate Updated Value Chain in ERP.
- New Product design in ERP.
- Open the distributor code in ERP & SFA, Update the distributor information.
- Coordination of factory & regional distribution team for any type of issue related to product stock, product price, ERP problem etc.
- Coordination of regional MIS for any type of issue related to Sales lifecycle.
- Any other tasks assigned by line manager & Top management.
Skills & Expertise
Advance skill in Excel and Microsoft Office
Reporting and analysis.
