Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor’s degree from reputed university
- Candidates with accounting / Finance background will get preference
Experience
-
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Mobile Industry, Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Basic understanding of balance sheet and financial reporting
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts or office management. Candidates with relevant experience will be given priority
- Experience in mobile distribution/trading company will be an advantage
- Fresh graduate with strong accounting and computer skills may apply
Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain daily accounts, bank reconciliation & Prepare balance sheet, income statement, and financial reports
- Monitor product purchase and sales records properly
- Monitor retailer due/receivable accounts regularly and take necessary follow-up actions for overdue payments or any account mismatch
- Communicate with territory executive regarding payment status, outstanding dues, and account reconciliation
- Identify gaps or irregularities in retailer accounts and report to management immediately
- Regularly update and report accounts information to management
- Maintain accounts in billing master/trade management software accurately
- Check stock, invoices, delivery records, and payment documents
- Ensure all accounts records are updated correctly and on time
- Support office administration and coordination activities
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial information
