Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated team member to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day cash requisitions, maintaining the cash book, ledger, and other financial records, with a strong emphasis on compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash requisitions and ensure accurate processing.
- Maintain the cash, bank book and ledger entries.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
- Should have in depth knowledge in using accounting software.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with TDS regulations and other financial compliance required for billing etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
