- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- ERP, Microsoft Excel, Tally.
- Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
- Well conversant with IT equipment.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate as Manager in the Internal Audit Department with expertise in Process Audit for the 100% Export Oriented Sweater Manufacturing Factory.
Job Location will be Gacha, Chayadana, Gazipur and Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
- Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan for the entire sweater factory.
- Conduct process audits in the sweater production across the different department.
- Audit on order closing, root cause analysis (short shipment, FRI fail, buyer claim etc.), TNA monitoring, material utilization, rejection, DHU, efficiency, raw material utilization, man-machine capacity etc.
- Identify control weaknesses, inefficiencies, fraud risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Review production process, wastage, stock variance, and inventory management processes.
- Sourcing and Procurement process verification.
- Evaluate compliance with buyer requirements, local labor laws, and international audit standards.
- Lead factory floor audits to ensure operational practices align with company policies.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Follow up on past audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation.
- Train and mentor junior audit staff in audit techniques and company procedures.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
