Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in internal audit, preferably in the garments manufacturing sector and Real Estate
- Experience in factory audit, compliance audit, and operational audit will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and audit procedures
- Good understanding of VAT, Tax, and relevant finance laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP)Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Responsibilities & Context
100% exports oriented composite Knit Garments & Real Estate
- Conduct internal audits of factory operations, accounts, inventory, and compliance systems
- Review accounting records, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, Income Tax & VAT laws and regulatory requirements
- Assist in preparing audit plans, audit programs, and audit reports
- Identify risks, control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
- Assist in external, statutory, tax, and VAT audits
- Verify inventory, fixed assets, cash, and bank balances through physical verification
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities when required
- Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers
- Coordinate with factory management to improve internal control systems
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management
