Additional Requirements

6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in 100% Export Oriented Company, Industry, Manufacturing or Large Corporate Organizations.
Good knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, tax, VAT and regulatory compliance.
Experience in inventory accounting, receivables management and fund control.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in ERP systems and office applications.
Checking on purchase dealing with banks. collaboration with payroll

Responsibilities & Context

Must be capable of internal audit.
Supervise and ensure smooth accounting operations of Garments Factory and other business units in compliance with company policies.
Prepare and maintain accounting transactions records, creditors and debtors control and other related accounting activities.
Responsible for managing cash operations, such as: expenses payable, maintenance of maximum and minimum balances, cash verification and recording, etc.
Prepare and analyze Daily, Weekly & monthly budgets, fund requisitions and financial performance reports.
Ensure proper control, recording and physical verification of fixed assets and inventories.
Oversee store operations to ensure adequate support for raw materials, spare parts and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, VAT and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain effective relationships with banks and coordinate banking activities as required.
Support internal and external audit activities and ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
Prepare financial summaries, MIS reports and management reports for decision-making.
Guide and supervise Accounts Officers and Executives to ensure efficient departmental operations.
