- Additional requirements for a Credit Recovery Officer include proficiency in computer applications, knowledge of banking and credit recovery procedures, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to analyze financial information, excellent written and verbal communication, integrity and confidentiality, willingness to travel when required, and the ability to meet recovery targets effectively.
Responsibilities & Context
A Credit Recovery Officer is responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, monitoring outstanding accounts, maintaining accurate records, preparing recovery reports, ensuring compliance with policies, resolving customer queries, coordinating with legal teams when necessary, and minimizing financial losses while maintaining positive customer relationships.
