JOBS DESCRIPTION

• Contribute to advancing education and research in technical and engineering education, with emphasis on educational technology, curriculum development, and innovative pedagogical practices.
• Design, develop, and deliver undergraduate and graduate-level theory and laboratory courses in technical education.
• Integrate educational technologies—including virtual labs, e-learning platforms, and AI tools—to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
• Apply innovative teaching methodologies to create an inclusive, learner-centred, and outcome-driven academic environment.
• Lead curriculum development and improvement, ensuring alignment with industry needs and emerging trends in technical and engineering education.
• Conduct research in engineering and technical education, particularly in areas such as problem-based learning and student learning misconceptions.
• Supervise Master’s and PhD students, guiding research projects in technical education and related fields.
• Publish research in high-impact international journals (Q1/Q2) and present at recognized Scopus-indexed conferences.
• Participate in academic planning, committee work, and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the department and higher authorities.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with advancements in educational technology, curriculum design, and research methodologies.
