Responsibilities & Context
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns, and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and personnel files.
- Assist in the performance management process by tracking employee performance evaluations, facilitating performance discussions, and supporting managers in setting performance goals.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee events.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director.
- Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority
