Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education Administration, or a related field from a reputed University (North South, Brac University, East West, AIUB, Independent University).

Experience

    • 1 to 2 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • 1–2 years of administrative related experience preferred.
  • Internship holder also encourage to apply as well fresh graduate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willing to learn basic German language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage front-office and reception duties, including greeting visitors and responding to inquiries.
  • Handle student registrations, admissions, and enrollment documentation.
  • Maintain accurate student and staff records and databases.
  • Coordinate class schedules, examinations, and school events.
  • Process correspondence, emails, and telephone communications.
  • Support teachers and management with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Assist with invoicing, fee collection, and basic financial administration.
  • Order and manage office supplies and educational materials.
  • Ensure confidentiality of student, staff, and school information.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, ÖSD team, foreign guests, parents, and stakeholders.
