Experience

    • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 25 years
  • 3–5 years of experience in costing, estimation, or billing—preferably within the interior design or fit-out sector.
  • Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and able to maintain confidentiality in handling financial data.

We are currently looking for a Costing & Billing Manager to strengthen our financial and project execution team.

Key Responsibilities

As our Costing & Billing Manager, your core duties will include:

Project Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and assess the financial feasibility of projects.

Billing & Invoice Management:

  • Oversee timely billing, invoicing, and collection from clients.

Procurement & Cost Control:

  • Monitor project expenses and suggest cost-saving procurement strategies.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track project costs, manage financial documentation, and prepare detailed reports.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and adherence to internal financial policies.
