Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- 3–5 years of experience in costing, estimation, or billing—preferably within the interior design or fit-out sector.
- Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized and able to maintain confidentiality in handling financial data.

We are currently looking for a Costing & Billing Manager to strengthen our financial and project execution team.
Key Responsibilities
As our Costing & Billing Manager, your core duties will include:
Project Cost Estimation & Budgeting:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and assess the financial feasibility of projects.
Billing & Invoice Management:
- Oversee timely billing, invoicing, and collection from clients.
Procurement & Cost Control:
- Monitor project expenses and suggest cost-saving procurement strategies.
Vendor & Supplier Management:
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Track project costs, manage financial documentation, and prepare detailed reports.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and adherence to internal financial policies.
