Responsibilities & Context
- Layout preparation for new outlet.
- Assist the Manager in preparing the BOQ.
- Monitor & ensure implementation of new projects work as per plan.
- Source right/ capable vendors for project work.
- Evaluate the credibility of the vendors’ product/ service.
- Ensure proper coordination with the vendors to maintain the highest quality of project work.
- Ensure proper equipment installation and commissioning of new projects.
- Negotiate with new vendor to bring operational and cost efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between the vendor and architect.
- Ensure proper quality fabrication of locally made equipments.
- Ensure proper coordination of renovation work for old outlets.
- Maintaining coordination with the land owner of new projects.
- Validate vendors invoice based on the actual work done.
- Managing a portfolio of Vendors for Agora Projects.
- Supervise team members during ongoing project.
- Ensuring proper documentation of all project related documents as per guideline of QMS.
