- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good communication skill
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Experience in apartment and commercial building is must.
- Must have enough knowledge about all construction materials.
Skill:
- Should have enough knowledge about computer to process all information as per the requirement.
- Should have advance knowledge about MS Office
- Sufficient knowledge about AUTO-CAD (2D, 3D).
- Should have knowledge about ERP posting.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction project.
- Receiving materials at site.
- Store management.
- MRR, bill preparation, site petty cash management.
- Materials quality and quantity assurance during receiving.
- Labor bill preparation.
- Control material waste in site.
- Record material stock and maintain register balance.
- Issue materials each day and keep the records up to date.
- Assist project engineer in preparing requisition materials.
- Make sure security and safe storage of materials in site store.
- Responsible for materials inter-transfer between sites.
- Implement work as per instruction by project in charge.
- Execute project work as per specification.
