Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- B.Sc in Civil Engg. with an exceptional track record may be considered as an ideal candidate.
Experience

- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, Real Estate, Developer
Additional Requirements
- The applicant should have experience in civil engineering from the Developer/Real Estate business.
Job Requirements:
- Age limit up to 40 years. Highly qualified candidates may get age privilege
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D, 3D and related computer programs is essential.
- Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English communication.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Description/Responsibility
- To preparation of BOQ for all projects.
- Estimation of civil, sanitary and hardware materials.
- Rate analysis of all non-schedule items.
- Preparing of Estimate as per Drawing & Design of all projects task.
- All Estimate input in soft copy & hard copy checking its variable item quantity & internal conversion link to initial to the final stage.
- Revising the estimates after modification works or changes made by the management.
- Preparing of building budget-related all type works.
- All types of drawing checking before Estimate & BOQ.
