Education

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical, Electrical, Power, Chemical

Experience

    • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in reputed local or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of engine lubricating oils, industrial lubricants, spare parts and related chemical products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
  • Strong understanding of market research and customer requirement analysis.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute annual sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Achieve yearly sales targets for lubricant products and expand market share nationwide.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans for market expansion.
  • Prepare and implement sales action plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
  • Forecast sales requirements and prepare annual sales budgets.
  • Analyze sales performance, variances, and market data to recommend corrective actions.
  • Plan and evaluate promotional and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure effective customer service by addressing customer complaints and arranging timely solutions.
  • Coordinate lubricant delivery plans and monitor payment collections.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, market analyses, and business forecasts for management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of business information and customer data.
