Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting and selling Inner Cartons, Corrugated Packaging, Sticker Labels, Smart Rigid Boxes, and other packaging solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

Conduct regular market visits to factories, corporate clients, and prospective customers to generate inquiries and expand the customer base.

Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved guidelines, and follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Coordinate with customers regarding artwork, specifications, delivery schedules, and order requirements.

Work closely with the Production, Planning, Design, Merchandising, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders.

Monitor order progress and proactively update customers on production and delivery status.

Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, new products, and customer requirements, and report findings to management.

Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, quotations, orders, collections, and follow-up actions in the company’s reporting system.

Ensure timely collection of payments from customers in coordination with the Accounts and Finance department.

Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate internally to provide prompt resolutions and effective after-sales service.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, trade exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures while conducting sales activities.

Continuously improve product knowledge, packaging industry knowledge, and selling skills.

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager or Management as required.
