Education

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Age 20 to 30 years
Willing to work in shifting and holidays
Should have good knowledge of MS Office
Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English
Good interpersonal, analytical skills, problem-solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
Must have multiple tasking abilities
The candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customer
Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges
Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented

Responsibilities & Context

Attend inbound and outbound calls of customers

Listen and understand the customers` complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers

Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department

Provide information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.

Follow up after sales service-related emails and reply to the customers

Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.

Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
