Age 20 to 35 years
Age 20–35 years (flexible for experienced candidates).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to convince customers over the phone.
Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
Experience working with large customer databases.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

JK Tech Limited, a concern of JK Lifestyle Limited, is looking for energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Outbound Call Center Agents (Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates must have experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, and over-the-phone sales. They should be confident in communicating with customers, handling objections, converting leads into successful sales, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Generate sales through outbound and cold calls to prospective customers.
Job Responsibilities

Contact potential customers from the assigned database and introduce company products and services.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers effectively.

Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.

Update customer information, call history, and sales activities in the ERP/CRM system.

Manage and work efficiently with large customer databases.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Coordinate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.
