Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
CA (PL Level, Partially)
ACCA (Level 2) qualified
Experience
At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Spinning, Textile
Additional Requirements
Age At least 25 years
Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting, cost accounting, tax/VAT, budgeting, fixed assets, and inventory accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an advantage
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
Responsibilities & Context
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Assist in the preparation and review of accurate and timely monthly financial statements and management reports
Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company accounting policies
Support month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with internal timelines and controls
General Ledger, Reconciliation & Audit
Maintain and manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and promptly resolve variances or discrepancies
Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits, and assist with audit coordination
Tax, VAT & Regulatory Reporting
Assist in the preparation and submission of tax and VAT returns, and support related accounting activities
Check Mushak 6.3 and prepare Mushak 6.1, 6.2, 6.6, 6.7
Assist in preparing the input-output coefficient (Mushak 4.3)
Operations, Payables & Record Management
Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure timely and accurate payments
Monitor and report on capital expenditures and fixed asset activities
Collaborate with operational teams to analyze production costs and drive financial efficiency
Support the maintenance and organization of financial records in line with internal policies and statutory requirements
