Responsibilities & Context
Assist guests with inquiries and special requests.
Provide information about company facilities, services, and nearby attractions when applicable.
Coordinate transportation, reservations, and other guest requirements.
Handle VIP guests with special attention.
Liaise with different departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
Resolve guest complaints professionally.
Maintain records of guest requests and follow up until completion.
Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
