Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary

The Manager/ DGM/ AGM, Hardware and Enterprise Software Sales, is responsible for leading and managing the sales to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the hardware and enterprise software sales sector. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create and manage sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.

 

Partnership Development:

  • Search for innovative OEMs and software manufactures to meet the requirements of Bangladesh Market.
  • Identify potential OEM, software vendors, resellers and build long lasting and profitable relationship with partners

 

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

 

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.

 

Product and Market Knowledge:

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s hardware products and enterprise solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor products.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends.

 

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans based on sales performance analysis.
