Education
Bachelor/Honors
Concentration in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university will be considered an added advantage.
Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CBPP, PMP, Agile/Scrum or AI-related certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
5 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, E-commerce, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Software Company, Telecommunication
Additional Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Process Management (BPM), Business Transformation, Data Analytics or a similar role.
Hands-on experience in process automation, data analytics, AI, RPA, and digital transformation initiatives.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, engage stakeholders and drive process implementation and change management.

Responsibilities & Context
Design, develop, review, optimize and re-engineer business processes to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, compliance, and business performance.
Analyze business processes, data, costs, risks and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.
Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
Develop, maintain and govern process documentation following the Process Development Framework.
Monitor process implementation and adoption, track benefits realization, resolve implementation issues and recommend corrective actions where required.
Promote a process-driven culture and ensure adaptation of new processes by coaching stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, training and continuous improvement practices across the organization.
Develop engaging learning and communication materials, including AI-assisted multimedia content, process guides, videos and digital learning resources to improve process awareness and capability.
